A driver at TAP is not just someone who drives. It is the person who represents the company at the customer's door, knows every city on the route and cares for the cargo as if it were their own. That is why operations are designed around drivers:

Regional, fixed routes. The network covers SP, PR and MS with daily routes between neighbouring branches. You know the road, the customers, and you return to your base.
A well-kept, tracked fleet. Serviced trucks monitored by satellite, with 24-hour support from the central office anywhere on the route.
A voice in operations. Those on the road help design the route. A driver's suggestion becomes a process improvement.
Growth from within. Helpers who become drivers, drivers who become yard and branch leaders. Preference always goes to those already in the company.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need experience to be a driver at TAP?

For box trucks and trailers we ask for a category C, D or E licence and freight experience. For vans, a category B licence and willingness to learn: the branch trains you on the route.

How does the selection process work?

Your application goes into TAP's people team dashboard. If your profile matches a position, we call or message you on WhatsApp for a conversation at the nearest branch.

Can I apply without an open position?

Yes. Choose "Talent pool" on the form. When a position opens in your region, the team gets in touch.

Are the routes regional?

Yes. The network covers western São Paulo state, northern Paraná and Mato Grosso do Sul, with daily routes between branches and the cities served.
