How TAP looks after your data.
This page explains, in plain language, what we collect on the website, what we use it for and how to request deletion.
What we collect
- Quote: name, phone or WhatsApp, e-mail, company, CNPJ, origin and destination cities and cargo details. Used to answer the freight request.
- Work with us: name, contact details, city, driving licence, experience and CV. Used for the selection process.
- Tracking: the shipper's CNPJ or CPF, the invoice numbers and the tracking password are passed to the SSW portal for the query and are not stored. If you request updates, we store your name, WhatsApp and e-mail with the date of consent.
What we use it for
To handle the request you made, notify you about the delivery when you ask and, if authorized, send TAP communications by WhatsApp and e-mail. We do not sell or share data with third parties beyond what operations require, such as the SSW transport system.
Your rights
You can request correction, a copy or deletion of your data and unsubscribe from messages at any time by e-mail at recepcao@taptransportes.com.br or on WhatsApp at +55 18 99109-6441.
